About two weeks ago my dad went to a car place called Firestone. He brought home an old firetruck tire. Then he went to Home Depot, and bought a 60 foot long rope. I have a perfect tree in my yard. So my dad took a baseball, and tied the rope to it. He threw the ball over a branch, then used it as a pulley. I helped tie the rope to the tier. We pulled it really tight. 
Now we have a cool swing! It is sooooooo fun! When my older brother pushed me, I screamed! It was awesome. I really recommend putting a tire swing in your yard. If you already have a rope, then it is free!
